Having a problem with call failed? either do i, the solution is extremely easy just follow these steps
Go to Settings > General > Date and Time. Switch off “Set Automatically” and set your timezone to valid hometown (in srilanka set it to colombo) and you done

Hi there.. I have the same problem before, and yes, adjusting the date and time will resolved the problem. However, since I have to activate the airplane mode last week due to my flight trip, when I switched off the airplane mode, the problem come again. And I cannot adjusting the date and time because it's already done before (I lived in Jakarta, Indonesia).
